This Subscription Agreement governs your purchase and use of Aurnos Subscription Plans. Aurnos is a luxury AI-powered tool that creates dynamic videos from photos with customizable parameters, supporting photos of portraits, scenery, and still life, with customizable animation speed, camera movement, filters, intensity, and video duration. Aurnos does not require an account to log in, uses only Aurnos' self-developed AI services and never uses any third-party services, and never sends your data to any third-party services. We protect your privacy information and strictly do not collect any facial information, face scans, selfies, or other biometric data . By purchasing any Aurnos Subscription Plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Subscription Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not purchase or use any Subscription Plan.
Aurnos offers three Subscription Plans, available for purchase through the official app store payment processor. We do not collect any payment information, never store payment details on our servers, and never send any payment-related data to third-party services . All Subscription Plans are recurring and will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Section 5. The available Subscription Plans are as follows:
The applicable fee for each Subscription Plan is displayed in Aurnos at the time of purchase, subject to change with prior notice. Fee changes will not affect your current Subscription term; adjusted fees will take effect at the start of the next renewal term. All Subscription fees are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 6.
Upon successful purchase of any Subscription Plan, you will receive the following three exclusive benefits for the duration of your active Subscription term. No additional benefits are included in any Subscription Plan:
All Subscription benefits are provided solely through Aurnos' local functionality. We do not collect any data related to your use of these benefits, use only Aurnos' self-developed AI services, never use any third-party services, and never send your data to any third-party services . Your access to Subscription benefits is limited to the duration of your active Subscription term; once your Subscription expires or is canceled, you will no longer have access to the benefits, but any unused gift coins will remain in your local balance.
Your Subscription term begins immediately upon successful payment confirmation through the official app store. You will have full access to the three Subscription benefits for the entire term of your Subscription, provided you comply with this Subscription Agreement. All Subscription-related data, including your Subscription status, term end date, and gift coin balance, is stored exclusively locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or back up this data on any external servers or third-party services .
If your payment is declined for any reason (e.g., expired payment method, insufficient funds), your Subscription access may be suspended until payment is resolved. We will notify you through Aurnos or via the email associated with your device's app store account if your payment is declined, and you are responsible for updating your payment information to restore access to your Subscription benefits.
All Subscription fees are charged in the currency displayed in Aurnos at the time of purchase, processed exclusively through the official app store payment processor. We do not collect any payment information, including but not limited to credit card numbers, debit card details, or payment account information. We never store any payment details on our servers, and never send any payment-related data to third-party services . By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize the app store payment processor to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method. You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date payment information to ensure uninterrupted access to your Subscription benefits. We reserve the right to adjust Subscription fees at any time with prior notice; fee adjustments will not affect the current Subscription term and will take effect at the start of the next renewal term. If you do not agree to the new fee, you may cancel your Subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged the new rate.
All Subscription Plans are set to automatically renew at the end of their term unless you cancel the Subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current term. You will receive a reminder notification via the email associated with your device's app store account or through Aurnos at least 7 days before the renewal date, informing you of the upcoming renewal and applicable fee, along with clear instructions on how to cancel if you do not wish to renew. All reminder-related data is processed and stored locally on your device, and we never send this data to any third-party services .
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through Aurnos' settings or via your device's app store subscription management. Cancellations are effective immediately, and you will retain access to the Subscription benefits until the end of the current Subscription term. No refunds are provided for partial Subscription terms, unused benefits, or canceled Subscriptions, except as outlined in Section 6. Canceling your Subscription does not delete any content you have saved to Aurnos' gallery or locally on your device; you will still have access to all your saved creations, but you will no longer have access to the Subscription benefits after the current term ends. After cancellation,we will not retain any of your Subscription-related data, all data remains on your device, and we never send any cancellation-related data to third-party services. Canceling your Subscription will not affect any unused gift coins, which will remain in your local balance for future use.
Refunds are only available for Subscriptions canceled within 7 calendar days of the Subscription start date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of cancellation approval. After the 7-day grace period, no refunds will be issued, and you will retain access to the Subscription benefits until the end of the current Subscription term.
Refunds will not be provided for Subscriptions canceled due to violation of this Subscription Agreement, or prohibited usage. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for unused Subscription benefits, unused gift coins, or expired Subscriptions. All refund-related data is processed locally on your device or through the app store payment processor, and we never collect or send this data to any third-party services .
Your privacy remains our top priority as a subscribed user. We protect your privacy information and strictly do not collect any facial information, biometric data, device information, browsing history, usage habits, or any other form of personally identifiable information . Aurnos does not require an account to log in, so you can use the Subscription service completely anonymously, with no need to provide any personal information.
We use only Aurnos' self-developed AI services and never use any third-party AI services, data processors, external tools, or third-party APIs . All data processing for Subscription features (including saving creations to the gallery, processing gift coins, and managing Subscription status) is completed locally on your device; we do not collect, store, or back up any of your content or Subscription-related data on external servers or cloud storage. We never send your data, content, or any information related to your use of the Subscription to any third-party services .
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Subscription service or any Subscription Plan at any time, with prior notice to subscribed users. Such changes may include adjusting Subscription terms or the number of gift coins provided, but will always maintain the three core Subscription benefits outlined in Section 2. If we discontinue a Subscription Plan you are subscribed to, you will be offered the option to switch to another available plan or receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your Subscription term. Any changes to the Subscription service will not affect our core privacy commitments .
